Recipe for hands and feet

Bring a pint of water to a boil and add 2-3 tea bags. Either the decaffeinated or regular kind works, both are packed with the needed tannic acids to target the sweating. Allow the tea bags to steep for around 15 minutes and make sure that it appears really black. Add 2 quarts of cold water to allow your hands or feet to fully soak in the solution. Fully submerge your hands or feet for 30 minutes and do this once a day for a week and eventually to two times a week for succeeding treatments. Don’t be surprised if your feet or hands get tanned. Recipe for underarms

Put 2 tea bags in 3 cups of warm or boiling water. Once the solution cools pour it over a wash cloth and place the compress under each armpit for five minutes and let the liquid dry for a good 5 minutes, wash it with tap water after. Bathe as usual in the morning. Do this process every night for at least two weeks and the tannic acid will permanently decrease your sweat production.
