What you need:
- 1 kilogram boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
